Featuring more than two hundred amazing photos by award-winning photographer Anthony Smith and former quartermaster Bart Huijs, this large format book offers a unique insight into one of the most beautiful sailing ships in the world.

The creation of this book has been a labour of love for both its authors. It is the product of more than four years combined sailing and photography aboard the Stad Amsterdam, as well as numerous visits to the ship in harbour and dry docks over a six-year period.

The authors have sailed more than fifty thousand nautical miles aboard the Stad Amsterdam and have shared many incredible moments with both the ship and her crew.
